Artist-Decorator Holly Alderman designs unique garden banners that reinvigorate classical themes by combining views of sculpture, flowers and landscapes in transparent layers. Her gardens appear in Julie Moir Messervy’s newest book Home Outside: Creating the Landscape You Love.
Holly’s art has appeared at The White House, Saint-Gaudens National Historic Site, and the Museum of Fine Arts’ Garden Gallery of Art in Bloom in Boston, and has been shown on This Old House, Dream House and Today. Her murals and décor are installed in residences, restaurants and parks from Southern California to Maine. Holly works from her North Acres Studio, set in park-like grounds at the foot of Jaffrey’s Mount Monadnock.
